USS POTOMAC ASSOCIATION (Oakland). Designed and facilitated a board retreat for 25 participants (2024).

THE LEADERSHIP ACADEMY (New York City). Feasibility study for new program product, including interviews and recommendations (2016).

RATO BANGALA FOUNDATION (Kathmandu, Nepal)

- Landscape analysis of Foundation’s work including interviews with staff and recommendations for action. Designed and facilitated strategic planning process (2015).

-Facilitated the design of a new initiative, including a focus group and stakeholder interview process, development of the theory of change, and the creation of the program scope and sequence. Designed and facilitated capacity building workshops for Foundation staff (2016).
