USSPOTOMAC ASSOCIATION (Oakland). Designed and facilitated a board retreat for 25 participants (2024).

FAMILIES IN ACTION (Oakland). Program assessment including interviews with staff and clients and recommendations for action (2024).

3Ls: THE ACADEMY (Oakland) Strategic planning, fund development, and coaching support for the Executive Director (2020 to 2023).

THE LEADERSHIP ACADEMY (New York City). Feasibility study for new program product, including interviews and recommendations (2016).

RATO BANGALA FOUNDATION (Kathmandu, Nepal)

- Landscape analysis of Foundation’s work including interviews with staff and recommendations for action. Designed and facilitated strategic planning process based on the findings (2015).

-Facilitated the design of a new initiative, including the focus group and stakeholder interview process, development of the theory of change, and the creation of the program scope and sequence (2016).

-Coached Foundation leadership in staff development (2015, 2016, 2019).

-Designed and facilitated professional development workshop series for Foundation staff (2015, 2016, 2019, 2024).
