Listening, learning and building deep relationships are hallmarks of how I work.

I have more than 20 years of experience working with non-profits and foundations, in both full-time and freelance roles. My last role was as the Senior Program Officer at The Rogers Family Foundation, which sunset in 2024, and focused on education in Oakland, California.

No matter what the project, I apply an equity lens to move our global society towards a more just world.

Services I provide as a consultant include:
-Landscape analysis and needs assessments, including listening campaigns and community engagement elements.
-Designing, building and scaling programs.
-Strategic planning, including fundraising strategy.
-Meeting design and facilitation, including Board retreats and collaborative spaces.
