Listening, learning and building deep relationships are hallmarks of how I work.

I have more than 20 years of experience working with foundations as well as non-profits, in both full-time and consulting roles.

As a consultant, my projects include,
-Landscape analysis and needs assessments, including listening campaigns and community engagement elements.
-Designing, building and scaling programs.
-Strategic planning, including fundraising.
-Meeting design and facilitation, including Board retreats and collaborative spaces.

I use my knowledge of the principles and strategies of adult learning to coax better conversations and keep work moving forward.
